Title: 47.2
Post by: quieroquemueran on November 14, 2009, 12:01 am
Recently started pulling this duplicate of the main 47.1 signal. Anyone know what the future plans are for this station? A thought that occurred to me was that perhaps it has something to do with WMSN's move to UHF, but I'd appreciate any information on this.

OK I am curious. Did you do a scan for this ? Was it on a UHF ? I hope we get an answer to your original post.

Our HD set got it with no re-scan; that's how I first noticed it. Our converter box didn't show the change until after a scan. I don't know if it was over UHF or not, because neither the HD set nor the tuner will show the analog-equivalent channel, just the PSIP embedded channel number.

I now can not get the subchannel on either TV, but will post again if it returns. I asked Fox47madison on Twitter, but they didn't answer.

It's been taken off the air.  It was on VHF 11 and was an SD broadcast of the HD 47-1.
