
Retro Television Network (RTN)
is coming to many cities in Wisconsin, including Madison on WKOW 27-2. In 2005
RTN was launched in several small TV markets across the US airing programs from
the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. In 2007 RTN started to appear on many old WB and CW
stations and in 2008 they switched their focus to digital sub-channels and cable
companies to help expand their network coverage. RTN is owned by Equity Media
Holdings (Little Rock, AR). Other stations adding RTN include: WBAY Green Bay,
WREX Rockford, WXOW La Crosse, WAOW Wausau.
