Ok I do not have cable but several people have been asking about the digital channels that are available to basic cable / high speed interenet subscribers just by doing a QAM digital search with their tuners.
From looking at an old 2007 post charter had 5 free QAM channels:
Fox 47: 46-4
NBC 15: 104-6
ABC 27: 106-1
CBS 3: 106-3
WPT 21 HD: 114-2
What HD locals are availabe now?
Are there any other HD channels that are also viewable?
What does your TV map these channels as?

Your list is a bit outdated. This web site will tell you all the digital stations OTA and on Charter clear QAM after you select the USA enter your zip code.
