Several years ago they were running alternative programming similar to what the public access station on cable or WORT-FM provides. Did watch a 1 hour ecological program produced by some Wisconsinites. There were cooking shows, some hindu & budhist shows, and commercials. It was run by some non-profit from Hawaii. They did this for a few months and then went off the air. I miss it.
They must run an ID of sorts every so often to keep their low-power license. There are 2 other low power stations on 23 & 38 mainly running Christian-based programming.
