Just wondering if anybody has had problems or success with the Charter CableCard.

A tech came out yesterday to install one, and he received a CableCard error.  He had no idea how to proceed at that point.

Not sure if you'll spot this, or get a notification or what.

I do have a CableCard (multi-stream) in a TiVoHD.

It took the Charter tech about three calls in to their service center to get it activated, but it did finally happen.

Now if I could just get an answer from them if they're rolling out SDV (Switched Digial Video) with this new channel additions/realignment.
