I have a 42" phillips plasma (model# 43PF5321D). I can not receive 15.1 or 15.2 but other channels (such as 3.1, 3.2, 21.1, 21.2, 21.3, 27.1, 47.1 and 47.2) are working great. Any suggestion please?

Ben-

Check out antennaweb.org. It's a great website that, based on your address and some key demographics about your location (location of TV in house, large buildings nearby, etc), can tell you what kind of antenna you need and where to point it.

My guess would be that since 15.1 and 2 are in a different direction than the other channels in the Madison area your antenna doesn't pick the 15's up. You might be able to adjust your antenna slightly to get both at the same time (antennaweb will tell you). If not, you may have to adjust your antenna every time.

Hope this helps!

Dan,

Thanks for your help. The web site is very helpful. I left the indoor antenna behind the TV which block the direction of the signal from 15.1 and 15.2. Once I put the antenna in front of the TV (left side). I got 15.1, 15.2 and 57.1 (extra bonus).

This can not be the total problem, as I also have the same problem.

Have ALL  the other Madison Channels.  Including the equivalent ch 57  ( CW Network)
PERFECTLY and if i check the "Signal Strength"  CW is almost full scale,  Yet WMTV is totally not existant.

Yet  hello?  they are on the same tower,,

In the analog signals  15 had one of the best up here,  with 57 doing good,,  better than 47,

so  confused here,

Where in town are you?  I receive 15-1 No problem.  If you are east of madison you might have interference issues, but you would have to be pretty far away.  Even though they are on same tower I also have better signal on 57-1 (32) than 15-1 (19)

I turned my tv to 19.1, which is apparently the frequency it is being broadcast, even though it tells the tv it is on 15.1 and magically 15.1 started working.

Might not be the problem, but it doesn't cost anything to try.
