Stations Getting the Game: KSTP, WITI, WFRV, WJMN
KSTP Minneapolis (from what i can tell not in HD)
WITI Milwaukee (HDTV?)
WFRV Green Bay (HDTV)
WJMN Escanaba, Mich (HDTV) (repeater of WFRV)
These cities are labeled home markets.
At this point, neither side has blinked, so Madison Packers fans who don't have a satellite dish won't be watching the game, at least not in their homes.
A loophole in the NFL rules involving "home" markets will allow the game to be televised by local stations in Green Bay and Milwaukee (identified as Packers' home markets), but again Madison - and Wausau, Eau Claire, Superior and more - are left out.

I can understand the ESPN game not being televised in Madison, but who ever heard of NFL Network?
Made a little map, blue is counties that should get game either OTA, cable, satellite. Yellow is boarder counties that might get it OTA or through cable if lucky.
Western Wisconsin people might get the game from the twin cities if OTA is good or local cable has twin cities ABC channel. Looks like way up North, Wausau and Madison get screwed.
