PBS | HD is being showed on WHA's digital signal 20.1 after having no hd for a couple of months.

They are showing the same programing as WMVT milwaukee currently, but i don't know how they are getting it.

Great to see it back!

PBS-HD has returned on the air as HD in Green Bay......
PBS-HD is now on both:

TWC-HD in GBay as HD Pgm.

and on OTA antenna PBS-HD with the same 'cable' Pgm....

and the 2nd sub channel as PBS-SD with the Wisc flavor.

    Kindly,

     Den Mayer from GBay

PS:   Somebody in Madison must have paid the $30,000 charge to PBS

         National in DC.Huh?

Not exactly good news for HD PQ, but more content can be a good thing...from the site:

Multicasting through Digital TV
Digital TV allows us to broadcast more than one program channel simultaneously. Currently our digital TV signal delivers two options: full-time HD service or a simulcast of our regular WPT analog channel.

Look for more beginning Jan. 9, 2006 when we launch Create, a new service that will be available on a third mulitcast channel. Create will offer a range of programs from home improvement and decorating to cooking, travel, and antiquing.

PBS is showing HD on Charter channel 786.   Right now I'm watching a Eric Clapton concert and it looks awesome!   I have read that a few Charter customers around the country have started receiving Cinimax HD..... so that might be the next HD channel.  Although PBS and Cinimax are nice additions to the HD choices, I would much rather have Fox HD.   Maybe it's time for an OTA Tuner.
